Mosaic Collection

Our Mosaic collection is inspired by one of the oldest and most beautiful crafts known in Syrian culture. This craft dates back more than 700 years and is made mainly from wood cuts from the famous Ghota area near Damascus city. The designs are made from different kinds of wood that have different distinctive colors. These wood pieces are cut into very precise geometric shapes that make up the wonderful designs of the products. Sometimes river shells and sea shells are used as well.

Our Mosaic collection designs are as close as possible to everyday pieces of accessory or clothing while still being elegant enough to suit your events and look professional. We used the Sayeh textile extensively in this collection. This Damascene traditional fabric, made from a combination of silk and cotton threads, relates a lot to us in Sama and connects fabulously to the Mosaic collection designs.

Mosaic collection’s products are made by women in Ghota and is a message we tried to convey from Damascus and its suburbs and crafters to everyone in the world.
